Reworking the bebetter corporate wellness platform
the project
Digilante assisted with the Medibank in house team to re-work an existing platform that had previously been abandoned. We were able to redesign and redevelop the old platform to a useful online tool which would help Medibank build out their corporate partnerships. The platform needed the ability for users to track their health at work and at home. As well as having the ability to house tools, dashboards, guides and relevant content.
The outcome
The revitalised portal continues to be a key tool for the Medibank corporate health team to this day. Offering a modern, clean and responsive interface; the platform delivers key relevant instantly to users. Members are able to track their health on a day-by-day basis. Overall the Medibank team had a success in signing up new corporate partners.

Digilante were asked to pitch a brand concept, user experience and interface design for Medibanks app. The offering needed to enable their members to have a streamlined health service where users could understand their limits, them connect with recognised practitioners and also help them track their claims.
The project
Selecting some key personas we mapped out user journeys to best demonstrate our key features of the app – mainly tracking claims, finding practitioners and viewing limits. Adding some surprise and delight along the way to take what is once seen as mundane tasks to something a little more fun!
