Working with Sydney Sexual Health Clinic, we looked to create a 'digital triage' for the highest priority patients. 

Creating the user interface presented a real challenge taking into account the audience and the subject. We wanted to create a calm environment to put the user at ease with such a sensitive topic, but also make sure we cut through to those high priority users.

the outcome

A website offering tools and education around sexual health not only to the general public but also targeting our primary persona, sex workers. The clinic saw a downturn in the number of phone calls, which was one of the main business goals; directing users to the ‘Am I OK?’ tool to figure out who best to contact for sexual health information.
